Você sente a menor inclinação. Você sente o menor solavanco. Você se torna um com a natureza.
Meu nome é Kamran Ali. Eu sou do Paquistão.
Dear bicycle! 50,000 kilometres with you. Some mountains climbed–jungles crossed–and deserts traversed. We saw rain and snow, wind and storms, dust and shadows. We shared smiles and tears, joy and pain, blessings and wounds. Every inch I travelled, every person I met, every story I encountered, it was only because of you. You took me farther than my dreams. In the day, you carried me. At night, you waited outside my tent like a faithful horse. Those awakening sunrises–those nostalgic sunsets–those dreamlike nights full of stars–we were together, in every moment. People thought I was alone, but you were there with me. They said I was lost, but you showed me the way. Whenever I doubted myself, I found courage just by looking at you. How can I forget those infinite tracks and neverending high passes? Going downhill, I was flying! Was it real? Maybe none of that happened, and I was only dreaming. But this doesn’t matter. Another year and another journey await us. An adventure on the forgotten paths, chasing endless horizons, with the sun smiling back at us. They may call us fools, but we will dream again! Love, Kamran

Bicycle Touring is no longer a hobby, sport, or adventure for me. It’s a way of life!
When you are on a bicycle, you feel the wind, the rain, the heat, and the cold. You feel the slightest slope. You feel the smallest bump. You become one with nature.
My name is Kamran Ali. I am from Pakistan.
I have been travelling around the world by bicycle for seven years. I have cycled over 50,000 kilometres across 43 countries on four continents.
In 2015, I quit my job to fulfil the dream of cycling from Germany to Pakistan. After that, I pedalled from Argentina to Alaska in four years.
Long-distance cycling is a unique way of seeing the world. You not only see destinations but also experience what comes in between. It slows you down so you can absorb every moment.
You have to earn your travels. Every section of the road is either pain or joy, and you remember it forever.
When you are on a bicycle, every day is a new adventure. Despite all the uncertainties, you find a place to sleep, food to eat, and a new family to welcome you!
Are you still wondering why some people go on bicycle touring?
It is to feel free …. and to collect stories.
